Welcome to TimeLine. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use TimeLine.
You must be at least 18 years old to use TimeLine. By creating an account or using the app, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. We do not permit anyone under 18 to create an account or use the service.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at ctperry0301@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
You may not create accounts to impersonate others, circumvent bans, or for any fraudulent purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
TimeLine has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior. Any content or user that violates these rules will be removed immediately and the responsible account will be permanently banned without warning.
Objectionable content includes anything that:
Abusive behavior includes targeted harassment, repeated unwanted contact, impersonation, doxxing, or any conduct intended to harm another user’s experience on the platform.
All users have the ability to report objectionable content using the built-in reporting tools available on every post and comment. Users can also block any other user to prevent further contact and hide that user’s content from their feeds. Reports are reviewed and acted upon promptly.
You retain ownership of the content you post (“Moments”). By posting, you grant TimeLine a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the service.
Violation of Section 3 (Zero Tolerance) will result in immediate content removal and permanent account termination. We reserve the right to report illegal content to appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Your use of TimeLine is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using TimeLine you agree to that policy.
When using TimeLine you agree not to:
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is permanent and immediate — your profile, Moments, and all associated data are removed from our servers. Backups are purged on a rolling schedule within 30 days.
TimeLine and its original content (excluding user-generated Moments) are and remain the property of Cole Perry. Our name, logo, and brand elements may not be used without prior written permission.
TimeLine is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TimeLine and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in-app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
